The reservation will be made official with a 30% advance payment of the total amount. The customer will be informed by email of the different ways to make the advance payment. VAT is included in the price.
The remaining 70% of the payment will be made on the day of arrival, before boarding.

If the cancelation is due to an illness or duly justified reasons, 20% of the total reservation will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be used for administration expenses.
If the cancelation isn’t due to a duly justified reason, the client will not be reimbursed for the advance payment.
All activity is dependent on the meteorology. If we believe the weather conditions are not suitable for a great trip, we will do whatever possible to move the boat to another area of the island where the conditions are more favorable.
In the case of being unable to take part in the excursion, it will be possible to change the date within the same season, or 20% of the total reservation will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be used for administration expenses.
In the case of a cancelation due to boat damage, or unavailability of the captain, the full amount of the advance will be returned to the customer, or a change in departure date will be agreed upon, if the client so wishes.
If you wish to privately hire our boat for 2 or more days, for each additional day, 5% will be deducted from the base price depending on the season, with the ability to accumulate a maximum of a 30% discount (7 days).
