APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If an accessible information request or complaint has been rejected, if you disagree with the decision made, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response.
The claim may be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options set out in Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and handled by the General Subdirectorate of Service Inspection of the Ministry.
OPTIONAL CONTENT
