2. If the weather is bad

We follow the AEMET maritime forecast and the professional judgement of our skippers. If conditions are not suitable, we will first try to reschedule. If not possible, we refund 100% of the deposit.

We consider conditions unsuitable when:

  • Heavy swell – Waves above 1.5 m

  • Or when the skipper considers the experience would not be safe or comfortable

Light rain or local showers without wind or swell issues are not considered bad weather.

3. If we have to cancel

This is rare, but technical issues or force majeure situations can arise. If we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

  • A similar vessel (if available)
  • The option to change the date
  • Or a full 100% refund of the deposit

Cancellations and modifications are handled by email or WhatsApp. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
